You'll also practice anticipating and interpreting client needs, as well as completing various insurance transactions.

Requirements

• Eager to grow, with minimal sales or customer service experience under your belt
• Building authentic client relationships comes naturally to you
• Master time manager, can prioritize workload
• Demonstrate confidentiality and discretion
• Insurance broker level 1 license or working towards CAIB/CIP (financial support provided!)

Responsibilities

• Promote and educate clients on Insurance products
• Anticipate and interpret client needs
• Complete various insurance transactions
• Answer questions as they arise and communicate product benefits that best match client needs
• Conduct interviews while capturing the right data
• Turn client concerns into opportunities
