About The Position

Responsibilities

Assist customers with their insurance questions and day-to-day needs.
Build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Help identify customer needs and appropriate insurance solutions.
Provide friendly, professional service by phone, email, and in person.
Follow up with customers and prospective clients.
Identify opportunities to introduce customers to additional products and services.
Maintain accurate customer and policy information.
Support the agency with general insurance and administrative tasks.
Learn COUNTRY Financial products, systems, and agency processes.
