Requirements
- Minimum of three years demonstrated customer service and sales experience and an aptitude for insurance.
- A college degree or equivalent work experience.
- Proven interpersonal communication skills.
- Insurance license in property and casualty.
Responsibilities
- Support insurance clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and account servicing.
- Partner with the sales team to support client retention, new business opportunities, and referrals.
- Coordinate renewals, submit applications, and communicate with insurance carriers.
- Maintain accurate client records and prepare insurance documents.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
