About The Position

The Budd Group is seeking an exceptional Janitorial Account Manager to lead operations at a prestigious manufacturing plant. This role involves acting as a strategic partner to the client, a proactive solution-finder, and an operational leader, primarily during the night shift. The position requires managing a team, overseeing subcontractors, and ensuring high standards of cleanliness and facility upkeep, especially during production downtime.

Requirements

Proven facilities supervisory or management experience, preferably within large commercial or industrial, manufacturing campus environments.
Basic computer literacy in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Valid driver's license with a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Strong emotional intelligence, impeccable professional boundaries, and a deep understanding of corporate diplomacy.

Nice To Haves

Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is a huge plus.

Responsibilities

Serve as the premier face of The Budd Group on a major manufacturing campus and the primary point of contact for the client's Director of Facilities.
Maintain a professional chain of command with the client's facilities leadership.
Use Microsoft 365 to generate detailed daily and weekly operational reports with photo documentation.
Manage, mentor, and oversee a team of approximately 28 direct W2 employees and 8 Supervisors, fostering a culture of accountability and professionalism.
Act as the primary liaison and manage professional relationships with nightly service partners and subcontractors.
Conduct routine quality control inspections to ensure standard-setting cleanliness for restrooms, floors, trash removal, and overall presentation.
Ensure seamless facility upkeep, particularly during production downtime.
