About The Position

Marsh McLennan Agency (MMA) is seeking an Insurance Account Manager for their Aviation team. This role is part of a division of Marsh McLennan, a global professional services firm. MMA provides business insurance, employee health & benefits, retirement, and private client insurance solutions. The Account Manager will support the team by maintaining client information, issuing Certificates of Insurance, assisting with renewals, handling change requests, invoicing, and other client needs. The role requires knowledge of coverages, carrier guidelines, and underwriting, as well as maintaining relationships with clients and carrier representatives.

Requirements

• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Three – Five years of industry specific experience
• High School diploma
• Strong client relation skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and market contacts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Service orientation, cooperative nature, and tactfulness to resolve client and company problems
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
• Aptitude to quickly learn and utilize multiple systems
• Act with responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all matters
• Prioritize work to achieve timely completion of the most critical and sensitive activities
• Accept accountability for the quality of work
