A day in the life. As our Account Manager on the Aviation team, you'll work within a team dedicated to providing exceptional client service. You’ll support the team by maintaining information in the client management system, issuing Certificates of Insurance, supporting the renewal process, handling change requests, invoicing and accounting related processes and other client needs as they arise. Be knowledgeable of coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting, and maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives.

Requirements

  • Adaptable, flexible and a love for learning
  • Curious and motivated by solving problems
  • Hold a Property and Casualty Insurance License
  • Three – Five years of industry specific experience
  • High School diploma
  • Strong client relation skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients and market contacts
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Service orientation, cooperative nature, and tactfulness to resolve client and company problems
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite
  • Aptitude to quickly learn and utilize multiple systems
  • Act with responsiveness, urgency, and professionalism in all matters
  • Prioritize work to achieve timely completion of the most critical and sensitive activities
  • Accept accountability for the quality of work
