As our Business Insurance Account Manager on the MMA National Small Business Client Center Team, you’ll partner with the Sales Center by marketing and servicing new and renewal business. You will be knowledgeable of applicable coverages, carrier guidelines, underwriting and legislative changes, to maintain relationships with clients and carrier representatives.

Requirements

Property & Casualty Insurance Experience
Property & Casualty License
High School graduate or equivalent education
Strong interpersonal skills, especially telephone demeanor
Independent thinking with an ambitious goal-oriented mindset
Strong team player worth ethic and willingness to help reach all goals
Demonstrate proficiency of basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office products
Position requires Property & Casualty Insurance License. MMA will provide licensing course and licensing exam. Colleagues will be given two attempts to pass the exam.

Responsibilities

Partner with the Sales Center by marketing and servicing new and renewal business.
