Requirements

• Minimum of three years demonstrated customer service and sales experience and an aptitude for insurance
• A college degree or equivalent work experience
• Proven interpersonal communication skills
• Insurance license in property and casualty

Responsibilities

• Support insurance clients with policy questions, changes, renewals, and account servicing.
• Partner with the sales team to support client retention, new business opportunities, and referrals.
• Coordinate renewals, submit applications, and communicate with insurance carriers.
• Maintain accurate client records and prepare insurance documents.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with insurance and regulatory requirements.
