About The Position

Service Partners is seeking an ambitious, motivated Outside Sales Associate to join their fast-growing business. This role is ideal for a top performer who wants to manage their own territory and achieve uncapped earnings. The Outside Sales Rep will act as a business representative for the insulation and building products distribution division, aggressively growing sales and promoting the Service Partners brand. The position requires the ability to build strong relationships, independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity within a territory, and possess excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in computer skills for processing orders and reviewing acknowledgements is also necessary, along with performing any other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license required if operating a vehicle for company purposes.
  • 3-5 years of successful outside sales experience.
  • Comprehension of construction drawings.
  • This is a safety sensitive position.

Nice To Haves

  • General Contractor and Building industry knowledge preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial insulation, building envelope, or building science is a plus.
  • Entrepreneurial and motivated to win.
  • Personable, enthusiastic, and engaging.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as a business representative for our insulation and building products distribution division.
  • Aggressively grows sales and promotes our brand.
  • Builds strong relationships.
  • Independently manages existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory.
  • Possesses excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills; both verbal and written.
  • Proficient computer skills to process and review dealer orders, requests and system generated acknowledgements.
  • Performs any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
