About The Position

Service Partners is seeking an ambitious, motivated Outside Sales Associate to join their fast-growing business. This role is ideal for a top performer who wants to manage their own territory and achieve uncapped earnings. The Outside Sales Rep will act as a business representative for the insulation and building products distribution division, aggressively growing sales and promoting the Service Partners brand. The position requires building strong relationships, independently managing existing customers and prospecting activity within a territory, and possessing excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills. Proficiency in computer skills is necessary for processing orders and reviewing system acknowledgements. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Minimum of 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license (if operating a vehicle for company purposes).
3-5 years of successful outside sales experience.
Comprehension of construction drawings.
Ability to perform prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling.
Good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Act as a business representative for the insulation and building products distribution division.
Aggressively grow sales and promote the Service Partners brand.
Build strong relationships with customers.
Independently manage existing customers and prospecting activity in your territory.
Process and review dealer orders, requests, and system-generated acknowledgements.
Perform any other duty, task, or responsibility as assigned.
