Requirements

• Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in tests and instrumentation
• Proficiency in instrumentation system build, wiring, calibration, and maintenance
• Expertise in reading and interpreting electrical schematics
• Skilled in sensor installation, wire termination, and data acquisition system operation
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently and work extended periods at remote domestic sites

Nice To Haves

• Aircraft integration experience
• Background supporting aerospace or complex engineering environments
• Familiarity with advanced DAS/recording systems
• Strong documentation and communication abilities

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, and maintain instrumentation systems per prepared instructions and technical travelers
• Interpret and follow electrical wiring schematics for harness builds and aircraft integrations
• Perform precise wire terminations, sensor installations, and instrumentation prep for accurate data capture
• Ensure valid and reliable measurement data through planned maintenance, calibration, and operation of DAS and other recording equipment
• Support offsite program requirements by traveling to various domestic locations for extended assignments
• Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to maintain high-quality instrumentation and control equipment
• Collaborate closely with engineering and technical teams to troubleshoot, resolve, and document system issues
