Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of hands-on experience in tests and instrumentation
- Demonstrated extensive expertise in strain gauge application and measurement
- Familiarity with DAS and aircraft avionics/instrumentation wiring
- Strong background in maintaining and calibrating complex instrumentation systems
- Proficient in following detailed technical instructions and standard operating procedures
Nice To Haves
- Experience working on test aircraft avionics and instrumentation wiring
- Background in supporting engineering teams within aerospace or similar high-reliability industries
Responsibilities
- Support the assembly, installation, and maintenance of instrumentation systems for engineering projects
- Apply detailed instructions from technical documentation and travelers to ensure accurate system setup
- Assist in the preparation, installation, check-out, and operation of instrumentation, control equipment, and Data Acquisition Systems (DAS)
- Perform routine maintenance and calibration to preserve data accuracy and system performance
- Operate and troubleshoot data recording equipment to validate and capture critical measurement data
- Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures and quality standards
