Instrumentation Technicians are part of the Maintenance Team and are responsible for Instrumentation, Fire and Gas and Analyzer equipment maintenance, repairs and calibrations across the site. Instrumentation Technicians will report to the E, I&A Team Lead and be responsible for the maintaining of process, utilities, and marine instrumentation equipment. Individuals will be required to analyze data through different tools and lenses and be able to work with remote office staff to solve various complex issues within their field of expertise. Each individual must be fully committed to becoming an expert in their field enabling quick decision making with fit for purpose and cost-effective solutions. Instrumentation Technicians will be required to understand what digitalization is and how to leverage new technologies and know the importance data means to LNG Canada. This role may be on a 9/80-or-12-hour rotation schedule.
