About The Position

This is a progressionary position where the selected candidate will be responsible for troubleshooting electrical systems throughout the plant, maintaining electrical equipment through PM procedures, and assisting in the institution of new control systems. The role involves researching and developing better controls and electrical processes, tracking and monitoring recurring problems to provide solutions, and identifying weaknesses in electrical systems to develop corrective actions. The specialist will also need to understand the technical functionality of electrical equipment and train operators and maintenance technicians on its operations and troubleshooting. Additionally, they will assist maintenance personnel in maintaining an efficient production operation and perform other duties as assigned by their supervisor.

Requirements

• Industrial electrical experience
• Extensive schematic reading capability
• PLC coding/troubleshooting
• Allen Bradley
• Square D

Nice To Haves

• Any and all other electrical certifications
• Technical college and/or manufacturing certifications
• 3-5 years documented experience

Responsibilities
