About The Position

The E&I technician will utilize their skills and knowledge of electrical equipment, electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics, and rigging, in our continuous pulp and paper process manufacturing environment to achieve equipment run ability. Troubleshoot, repair, and/or replace electrical, electronic and instrumentation devices. Interpret blueprints, specifications, diagrams, or schematics to troubleshoot and maintain process control systems. Initiate and complete work-orders and document all critical and or pertinent information on a routine basis.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years' experience required
Knowledge of National Electrical Code
Understanding and application of mathematical and electrical formulas is essential.
Motor Control Experience
Experience with VFD’s
Experience in PLC Controls & I/O Wiring
Voltage Experience 13,200
Efficiency with Meters and Electrical Tools
Process Control Experience
Driver's License (Required)

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of pneumatics
Knowledge of hydraulics
Knowledge of rigging
