Dynamic Presenter (Travel Role)

MasteryPrep•Louisiana, LA

About The Position

MasteryPrep is hiring Instructors to lead test-prep boot camps for high school students at partner schools. In a typical week, the Instructor travels three to five days, including overnight stays, meets new groups of students, and delivers MasteryPrep’s curriculum with energy, humor, and practical test-day strategies. The role focuses on helping students—many of whom lack confidence in standardized testing—recognize their potential and become more confident test takers. Instructors adapt their delivery to each group, build rapport quickly, coordinate with school staff, and represent MasteryPrep at each school. They also manage travel plans and materials, arrive prepared, and apply coaching from the instructional team to keep improving. MasteryPrep provides paid Boot Camp Instructor training before the first event.
