About The Position

As an Instructor for JD Training Center Wichita located in Witchita, KS, you will develop and deliver classroom and hands-on technical training for channel partners, Company personnel, and customers. You will instruct training programs covering products, services, and professional skills, with a strong emphasis on product features, applications, diagnostics, and integrated system technologies. You will lead assigned subject areas by ensuring technical accuracy, relevance, and effective instructional delivery. You will also develop, update, and maintain course content, instructor guides, hands-on exercises, and supporting training materials. Additionally, you will coordinate and liaise with external vendors to support training needs when required, mentor and support less experienced instructors through coaching and technical guidance, and incorporate student, dealer, and stakeholder feedback into continuous improvement of training content and delivery. Staying current on Ag & Turf products, systems, tools, and service technologies is crucial, as is supporting training center operations, including equipment setup, classroom readiness, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Strong technical knowledge of Ag & Turf equipment, systems, and diagnostics
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to varied audiences
• Experience or demonstrated ability to deliver effective classroom and hands-on instruction
• Strong organization, time management, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to travel up to 25% occasionally in support of training activities
