About The Position

Deer Valley Resort is hiring an Instructor Scheduling Agent for the Winter 2026–27 season. The position assigns and coordinates daily and next-day lesson assignments and scheduling activities for ski instructors. The agent provides instructors with guest lesson information, monitors assignment inventory, coordinates with reservations and sales, supports on-snow supervisors, handles instructor calls, and maintains the scheduling desk and staging area. Employment dates are mid-November to mid-April. The pay rate is $21.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Available seven days a week, typically working four days at 8–10 hours per day.
• Computer proficient.
• Able to multitask, detail-oriented, and attentive to follow-through.
• Organized and motivated, with a positive attitude and the ability to remain calm during high-stress times.

Responsibilities

• Give ski instructors guest lesson information and enter it into the system.
• Monitor inventory for current-day and next-day assignments and follow up on instructor and guest requests.
• Communicate and work closely with the reservations and sales departments regarding ski lesson requests and unassigned lessons.
• Support on-snow supervisors with their ski programs, questions, and reports, using a two-way radio device.
• Handle instructor phone calls about lesson information and questions.
• Clean and stock stations at the daily scheduling desk and staging area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
