About The Position

The Cedarville University School of Pharmacy invites applications for a full-time, two-year Pharmacy Innovation Fellowship at the rank of Instructor of Pharmacy Practice. This fellowship is housed within the Center for Pharmacy Innovation (CPI) and prepares a clinical pharmacist to lead at the intersection of clinical practice, innovation, entrepreneurship, research, and Christ-centered servant leadership.

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Ohio
• Commitment to Christian faith
• Qualified applicant must agree with and be willing to abide by Cedarville University's Doctrinal Statement, Community Covenant, and General Work Place Standards.
• Successful completion of a background check.

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Design and implement a clinically, revenue-generating program through the CPI while supporting IPPE and APPE education
• Develop partnerships with health systems, ACOs, pharmaceutical companies, and startups that could lead to innovative opportunities for CPI.
• Serve as an Instructor of Pharmacy Practice in the PharmD curriculum
• Teach and coordinate relevant coursework
• Facilitate patient simulation and applied learning
• Support the precepting PharmD students on IPPE and APPE rotations
• Mentor and precept student innovators and oversee applied projects
• Collaborate with faculty and students to develop scalable pharmacy innovation initiatives, evaluate clinical and economic outcomes, support student-led innovation, and model ethical leadership grounded in a biblical worldview.
