Requirements

  • Two years experience in aviation maintenance as a licensed Airframe & Powerplant mechanic.
  • A degree in education/technical training from an accredited college/university or one-year experience in aviation technical training and/or equivalent Military experience.
  • Possess a valid, unexpired and unsuspended REAL ID-compliant, state driver’s license or passport.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable of the Learning Management System (Learning Hub).
  • A developed understanding of Instructional System Design.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong computer skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years’ experience as a mechanic on Embraer E145 or E175 aircraft.
  • Strong audio-visual skills.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver maintenance training.
  • Develop training materials.
  • Utilize Learning Management System (Learning Hub).
  • Apply Instructional System Design principles.
  • Utilize Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for training-related tasks.
  • Utilize audio-visual equipment for training.
  • Travel up to 25% of the time.
