About The Position
Brock University is seeking an Instructor for KINE 3P91, Winter D3. This position is part of the CUPE4207-1 Employee Group. The course is titled 'Training Principles'. Compensation is effective September 1, 2026, with a rate of $7,887.59 per half course (195 hours nominally) or $15,775.20 per full course (390 hours nominally). Instructors teaching a 2-hour/week lecture or equivalent are responsible for the first hour of seminar/lab in each course.
Requirements
- PhD in Kinesiology or related discipline
- Prior teaching and/or research experience in the discipline

- Evidence of competent and effective teaching experience at the undergraduate university level (course/performance evaluations)
Responsibilities
- Scheduled contact time with students
- Non-classroom time including preparation of lectures, student consultation, marking and grading, and course administration
- Handling grade appeals and cases of academic dishonesty
