About The Position

This full-time instructor role is for an experienced HVAC technician with an active Massachusetts Oil Burner Certificate who is ready to move from service calls to classroom and hands-on instruction. The instructor teaches residential and commercial HVAC fundamentals, demonstrates practical troubleshooting and repair techniques, and mentors students preparing for careers in the skilled trades. Previous teaching experience is not required; paid instructor training is provided. The role offers established day or evening schedules in Brockton, Massachusetts, and a stated annual salary of $65,000–$75,000, plus a $2,000 sign-on bonus paid after 90 days.

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Oil Burner Certificate.
• At least 3 years of hands-on HVAC service, installation, maintenance, or repair experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC systems.
• Enjoy helping others learn and develop their skills.

Responsibilities
