About The Position

Support Naval sustainment commands with life cycle support and instructional training coordination, planning, analysis and implementation. Apply specific functional knowledge to develop and maintain manpower, personnel, and training (MP&T) documents, training materials, reports and products. Work under general supervision of the team lead.

Requirements

1+ years of experience with the Navy and NATO Sea Sparrow Missile System (NSSMS)
1+ years of experience with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint and Outlook
Knowledge of Navy training systems, policies, and procedures
Ability to communicate written and orally with military and civilian organizations
Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Experience with developing or delivering training for the US Navy
Knowledge of NTSP, MER, JDTA, or PADDIE-M
Ability to develop training curricula with Authoring Instructional Material (AIM) or AIM Learning Object Module (LOM)
Bachelor's degree
Navy NEC 9502 or Master Training Specialist certification
