The Instructional Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting customer requirements for the client(s) and assisting with all aspects of adult training to include, but not limited to course enrollment, registration support, classroom management and scheduling, and post-training evaluation collection and analysis. Actively collaborate with team members, manage projects independently with competing priorities, and support and manage the day-to-day support of learning programs. Assist instructor cadre in classroom reservation and set-up, communicate with senior managers to plan, organize, and track the curriculum, and assist with conducting assessment, surveys, and focus groups. The role involves creating and distributing post-training surveys and evaluations, collecting, compiling, and analyzing student training data, and preparing reports for the client. A candidate should have knowledge of Kirkpatrick's Four Levels of Evaluation and identify and support opportunities to expand project scope beyond current deliverables, actively sharing information about clients' emerging support needs and trends with team members and management.
