About The Position

Houston Community College is seeking an Instructional Supervisor for its continuing education adjunct pool. The role is suited to a tech-savvy, process-improvement-focused student champion who develops partnerships with communities and individuals and keeps the student experience at the forefront of planning and execution. The successful candidate will support HCC’s tradition of excellence in academics, student life, and community service.

The position involves instructional oversight, including teacher observations, and developing and implementing innovative, quality-based instructional continuing education programs.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of related work experience in an adult education setting.
• Knowledge of instructional oversight, including teacher observations.
• Ability to develop and implement innovative, quality-based instructional continuing education programs.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in education or a related field preferred.
• Teacher’s Certification preferred.
• Bilingual or ESL certification preferred.
