About The Position

The Instructional Specialist is responsible for providing job embedded professional development for teachers in all subject areas. A proven track record of positive student growth is preferred. This full time position DOES include benefits. Master's degree required and a minimum of five (5) years' teaching experience. Applicants must have a current valid educator license with appropriate endorsement. Evidence of demonstrated student growth, strong growth mindset of high expectations and growth for ALL students. Evidence of use of collaboration to improve instruction and student achievement, and demonstrated evidence of instructional technology integration required. Must have strong written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.

Requirements

• Master's degree required
