About The Position

Responsible for coordinating the implementation and ongoing evaluation of High Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM). This role supports alignment between central teams, academic departments, and school leaders to ensure effective materials adoption and strong instructional practices. Assist with key aspects of the rollout process, including readiness assessments across school sites, to ensure educators have timely access to and can effectively use assigned materials. Monitors implementation metrics such as fulfillment, usage, and school readiness to assess system effectiveness and inform continuous improvement. Partners closely with the Manager and Academic Content Directors to identify and address operational challenges, support fidelity of implementation, and drive consistent progress across schools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 3+ years of successful experience in program management, educational operations, or large-scale implementation

  • Knowledge of best practices in curriculum instruction, standards based education (including Colorado Academic Standards), and how students learn, in order to effectively support the operational needs of academic programs.
  • Ability to deeply analyze and interpret complex data (including readiness metrics and implementation fidelity) to drive process improvements, inform district-wide HQIM strategies, and prepare professional reports or correspondences

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates the technical and operational rollout of High Quality Instructional Materials (HQIM) across district schools, supporting key implementation milestones and timelines
  • Supports the procurement lifecycle, including contributing to RFP documentation, assisting with vendor onboarding, and tracking order fulfillment to ensure timely delivery to school sites
  • Maintains and monitors day-to-day operations of physical and digital HQIM inventory systems, using enrollment data to track stock levels and support equitable distribution across schools
  • Troubleshoots and resolves inventory and platform related issues, including access challenges and material shortages, in collaboration with IT and internal teams
  • Collaborates with school leaders, network teams, and IT partners to conduct school-based readiness checks and address barriers to successful curriculum implementation during rollout periods
  • Collects and analyzes implementation data (e.g., fulfillment, usage, and fidelity) to support ongoing evaluation of HQIM adoption across schools
  • Prepares and maintains dashboards and reports to inform the HQIM Manager on system performance, highlighting trends, gaps, and areas for improvement. Recommends operational and technical improvements to strengthen distribution processes, increase efficiency, and reduce costs
  • Partners with Academic Content teams to ensure alignment between digital platforms, physical materials, and instructional expectations
  • Coordinates and disseminates implementation communications, including delivery updates, system changes, and technical guidance, to ensure school staff are informed and supported
