The Instructional Development Manager (IDM) is responsible for the design and development of new courses and revisions of existing courses to support hands-on skill-based training for industry, supporting National Technology Transfer, Inc. (NTT). For over 30 years, NTT has successfully trained over a half million skilled trades’ professionals. NTT works with Fortune 500 manufacturers as well as many states, local governments, and educational institutions. Responsibilities include scheduling of content development, training and launch, with a strong emphasis on project management, to ensure timely availability and delivery of high quality, effective course materials. Internally, this role collaborates with key stakeholders such as executives, business development personnel, SMEs, and instructional technologists to ensure seamless integration of quality content delivered through multiple modalities.
