The Instructional Designer will analyze learner needs and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and develop effective learning solutions. This includes planning, designing, writing, and editing instructional materials such as e-learning, simulations, guides, tutorials, and assessments. The role also involves coordinating and managing instructional design projects using the ADDIE model, maintaining and updating training content for accuracy and alignment with business goals, and developing supplemental learning assets like job aids, infographics, and other multimedia resources.
