The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality training programs that support employee learning, performance, and professional growth. This role partners with subject matter experts and leadership to create engaging learning materials, including instructor-led training, e-learning modules, job aids, and other performance support tools. In addition to designing training programs, the Instructional Designer will occasionally facilitate training sessions and provide coverage for trainers when needed. This role requires strong facilitation skills, the ability to engage learners in a classroom or virtual setting, and a solid understanding of adult learning principles. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, able to translate complex information into clear, engaging learning experiences that improve employee performance and knowledge retention.
