Under the direction of the CPM Instructional Design Services Manager, this position is responsible for the design, development and evaluation of training materials and content for traditional and blended learning courses, online modules and related programs. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 24 months experience working in an instructional design position.
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Psychology & Technology, Adult Learning, Human Resource Development or related field.
- 36 months experience in instructional design, adult learning and development, performance measurement, multimedia, and curriculum and course development for classroom and online learning environments.
- Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.
- Experience working with state agency or public sector human service programs.
- Experience with multimedia software.
