About The Position

Mead & Hunt, an award-winning national architecture and engineering firm, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Instructional Designer to work with our Learning & Development team to create and deliver learning programs that meet company objectives for our ERP system. This exciting opportunity is a full-time, limited-term position beginning approximately in October and concluding in December 2026. Since this is limited-term position, there are no benefits. This position is available at any of our Mead & Hunt offices and also remote for the candidate with the right aptitude and ability.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in communications, psychology, education, human resources or related field from an accredited college or university AND At least 2 years of relevant experience
OR
Associate’s degree in communications, psychology, education, human resources or related field from an accredited college or university AND At least 4 years of relevant experience

Experience with E-learning and development or training
Experience planning and delivering events/programs
Experience with Camtasia and Articulate Rise
Strong communication skills: written, verbal and active listening
