The Instructional Designer (ID) role is a temporary 6-month position focused on creating effective, learner-centered training solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical care, auditing, or coding, with the ability to translate complex operational concepts into training materials. This role involves collaborating with a remote, cross-functional team of Trainers, Quality leaders, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design and develop advanced educational programs. These programs will be delivered through blended learning environments, including live facilitation, eLearning, video, technical resources, knowledge assessments, and hands-on application activities. The role also includes improving existing content to enhance learner performance, knowledge retention, and speed to proficiency.
