About The Position

TTEC is seeking a remote Instructional Designer to create exceptional learner and customer experiences. This role focuses on applying learning sciences, user experience design, and game design principles to drive learning engagement, knowledge, and retention. You will be exposed to innovations in automation, AI, social, simulation, self-paced, game-based, and mobile learning. The position involves designing, developing, delivering, evaluating, and maintaining virtual blended learning experiences that are human-centered, goal-oriented, and data-driven, utilizing methodologies from learning design, learning science, graphic design, and media design.

Requirements

3 years of demonstrable experience building e-learning content using Articulate Storyline or similar authoring tools.
Experience using advanced features in audio-editing tools.
Experience using learning technology apps for rapid design.
Experience creating user content using basic graphic design features.
Knowledge of and practical application of adult learning theory, user design, and learning design principles.
Experience using Learning Management Systems and/or Learning Experience Systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced features in PowerPoint and basic features in Excel.
Basic project management skills and familiarity with task manager or productivity tools.
Experience in learning data analysis to evaluate behavioral and business impact of training programs.
Advanced English communication skills.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, deliver, evaluate, and maintain virtual blended learning experiences.
Build, incubate, test, and launch learning solutions for multiple clients, verticals, and geographies.
Prioritize the learner experience using human-centered design and design thinking in an agile environment.
Support the Global Learning Delivery Project Management team in curriculum design and redesign.
Utilize learning data to monitor performance, predict learner success, and achieve desired outcomes.
Conduct research on learning tools and platforms.
