Responsible for developing innovative, scalable, and engaging learning solutions that support enterprise business goals across CE&I and affiliated business units. This role partners with Learning & Leadership Development, Human Resources, Safety, Quality, Operations, IT, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to design, develop, implement, and maintain modern learning experiences using advanced instructional design methodologies and emerging technologies. This position serves as a strategic learning consultant and is responsible for creating high-quality multimodal learning solutions including eLearning, video-based learning, simulations, virtual instructor-led training (vILT), instructor-led training (ILT), microlearning, performance support tools, and AI-enhanced learning assets. This role requires strong business acumen, visual storytelling ability, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage multiple high-visibility projects in a fast-paced remote environment. Location & Travel Details: This position can be remote or based in our Fargo, ND office.
