This is a 12-month, full-time, reporting to the Director of Digital Learning. The Instructional Designer works closely with the Academic units to develop, evaluate, and update digital course content for NWACC. The Instructional Designer plays a critical role in enhancing the quality of digital course content to improve knowledge and skill attainment for our learners. Leveraging tested research and common best practices, this position supports faculty in reviewing, designing, and implementing digital course materials and technologies that lead to measurable student success. Additionally, the Instructional Designer provides faculty training and development and supports the college’s learning management system (LMS) and related educational technologies. This is an onsite position, no remote option.
