This role utilizes instructional design frameworks to produce learning materials such as course outlines, storyboards, scripts, e-Learning modules, instructor-led training, and assessments. The position also involves integrating multimedia and interactive elements to enhance learning, managing content within the company's Learning Management System (LMS), and evaluating training effectiveness for continuous improvement. Collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders is key, as is program management for apprenticeship programs, including documentation and reporting.
