Requirements

Leverage a variety of methodologies, blended learning approaches, and learning design best practices with an emphasis on real-world application relevant for adult learners in a business environment.
Partners with members of management as an internal consultant to research, design, develop, and measure various training programs; and, educates training personnel on instructional design methodologies and theories.
Assess, analyze, and update training programs based on needs to improve performance and productivity.
Develop training manuals, materials, and aids ensuring material accomplishes the stated learning/organizational objectives.
Create engaging learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and transfer.
Visualize instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product.
Conduct instructional research and analysis on learners and contexts.
Provide exercises and activities that enhance the learning process.
Create supporting material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.).
Maintain project documentation and course folders.
Support ad hoc projects and assignments, as needed.
