SWBC is seeking a talented individual to support go‑to‑market and sales enablement initiatives through high‑impact learning experiences. This role partners closely with Product Marketing, Training, and Sales to design facilitator‑led presentations, client‑facing job aids, and engaging e‑learning solutions that strengthen product adoption, reinforce brand messaging, and drive revenue outcomes. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Articulate 360, Rise and Vyond are essential for success in this role. You’ll play a key role in bringing products to life by creating engaging learning experiences that directly support product launches, sales success, and client adoption. This role offers the opportunity to partner closely with Product Marketing, Sales, and Training teams, blend creativity with strategy, and see the real business impact of your work through improved readiness, adoption, and revenue outcomes—all while using modern tools and technologies to continuously innovate.
