About The Position

Mule-Hide Products, part of ABC Supply, is seeking an Instructional Designer to develop engaging and impactful training content. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical expertise, and instructional design skills to meet organizational learning and business objectives. The Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts, field associates, and leaders to identify training needs, set learning objectives, and create content using various multimedia tools and delivery methods. The position is based in Beloit, Wisconsin, and requires an on-site presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Business, or other related fields; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of two years related professional experience in course and content development for adult learning audiences
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Graphics, Script, and Story Board design experience
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
• Technically proficient with software platforms to troubleshoot issues
• Ability to adapt content to different learning styles and audiences

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure content is in alignment with learning goals
• Creating new content to enhance the learning process
• Redesigning existing training materials
• Developing eLearning modules, videos, and webinars, using scripting and storyboarding
• Maintaining excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Being technically proficient with software platforms to troubleshoot issues
• Managing projects, timelines, and deliverables from conception to completion
• Ability to adapt content to different learning styles and audiences
• Continually evaluating the performance of existing training and updating as needed
• All other tasks as assigned
