Smythe LLP (Smythe) is seeking an experienced and collaborative Instructional Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing engaging learning solutions that support firm-wide systems, technology platforms, and evolving business processes. You will lead the creation of structured training programs, knowledge resources, and sustainment materials that drive adoption, strengthen knowledge transfer, and support organizational change across the firm. The Instructional Designer will lead the analysis, design, and development of engaging training programs that support platforms such as Dynamics, DPO, UKG, and other technical accounting or soft skills training. This role works closely with leadership, project teams, subject matter experts, and communications to ensure learning solutions are aligned with business processes and change objectives. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can operate independently, manage multiple initiatives, and build practical learning solutions that scale across the organization.
