The Instructional Designer is responsible for designing and developing engaging, practical, and scalable learning solutions that drive business performance and employee growth across the organization. This role creates high-impact learning experiences—including eLearning, video-based training, blended programs, instructor-led materials, and performance support tools—that enable team members and leaders to build skills, improve execution, and grow into next-level roles. Working closely with Talent Development, Technical Training, HR partners, and Operations leaders, the Instructional Designer translates business needs into learner-centered solutions that are easy to access, easy to apply, and effective in the field.
