We're now seeking a highly skilled Instruction Designer to join our dynamic team and help us develop training materials for OSINT skills. We're looking for a talented Instruction Designer to play a key role in producing curriculum design, organizing educational content, and providing e-learning module creation. As an Instruction Designer, you will be responsible for developing training materials, managing curriculum creation, and designing e-learning modules for OSINT skills.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business area with 3+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 7+ years of experience (Junior)
- Bachelor’s degree in a related business area with 8+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or 10+ years of experience (Mid-level)
- Master’s degree in a related business area with 12+ years of related experience with executive staff support experience within the last 2 years, or a Bachelor’s degree with 17+ years of experience (Senior)
Nice To Haves
- Intelligence Community experience preferred.
- Instructional design supporting Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) or intelligence discipline desired.
Responsibilities
- Produce curriculum design, organize educational content, and provide e-learning module creation
- Develops training materials, manages curriculum creation, and designs e-learning modules for OSINT skills
- Supports leading instructional development, establishes new tradecraft TTPs, and supervises training design
