About The Position

QUALFON is seeking a highly motivated, collaborative, and experienced Instructional Designer to create engaging and effective learning experiences for internal and external stakeholders. The role collaborates with subject matter experts and clients to design and develop innovative learning materials aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

The Instructional Designer develops curriculum and a range of learning content, including eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations, gamified activities, and assessments. The role also produces multimedia content, evaluates training effectiveness, incorporates learner feedback, and manages multiple projects through timely completion. Content should follow company branding and WCAG compliance.

Requirements

• At least 3–5 years of experience as an Instructional Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in eLearning authoring tools, such as the Articulate 360 suite.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories, such as ADDIE and SAM.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and innovative mindset, with the ability to think outside the box.
• Project management skills and very high attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

• Multimedia, video editing, and graphic design skills; examples include Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Certification in instructional design, such as Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP).
• Experience with roleplay or tool simulations using AI.
• Experience designing and developing roleplay simulations using AI tools such as SecondNature, Rehearsal, or ChatGPT, or non-AI methods such as branching scenarios and live roleplays.
• Familiarity with scenario-based learning strategies for skill development in customer service, sales, or technical training environments.
• Prior experience creating roleplay flows using interactive platforms or custom-built solutions, including programming simulations with tools such as Google Apps Script.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and update learning solutions in the ID Team Capability Suite to ensure they are engaging, effective, and aligned with learning objectives.
• Apply instructional design and adult learning principles to create eLearning modules, instructor-led training materials, videos, simulations, gamified activities, and assessments.
• Develop and produce multimedia content, including graphics, videos, animations, and interactive elements, consistent with company branding and WCAG compliance.
• Develop and implement assessment methods to measure training effectiveness and make improvements based on learner feedback.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and clients to ensure content is accurate and relevant.
• Manage multiple instructional design projects simultaneously and ensure they are completed on time.
