About The Position

We are seeking a talented Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging, effective learning experiences. The ideal candidate has strong experience applying instructional design methodologies, collaborating closely with stakeholders, and translating complex requirements into high-quality digital learning content using tools such as Articulate and Vyond.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Instructional Designer or similar role.
Strong knowledge of instructional design models, learning strategies, and adult learning theory.
Hands-on experience developing content with Articulate and Vyond.
Demonstrated ability to work directly with clients or stakeholders, conduct discovery discussions, and translate requirements into learning solutions.
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting enterprise or corporate learning initiatives.
Familiarity with LMS platforms and eLearning standards (e.g., SCORM, xAPI).
Background in multimedia design, video, or animation.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain instructional content including curriculum, training materials, eLearning modules, teaching aids, and supporting resources.
Apply instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
Partner with clients and stakeholders to conduct discovery sessions, ask detailed and thoughtful questions, and gather learning requirements.
Translate business and learning needs into polished, learner-centered content using tools such as Articulate (Storyline/Rise) and Vyond.
Utilize learning technologies and multimedia strategies to enhance learner engagement and knowledge retention.
Review, revise, and improve existing training materials based on feedback and performance metrics.
Ensure content aligns with project timelines, quality standards, and organizational goals.
