About The Position

SweetRush is seeking an Instructional Designer/PPT/eLearning Developer for its Talent Solutions team to design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for a multinational confectionery manufacturing company. The role combines rapid eLearning development with multi-modal learning solution design and calls for practical use of AI tools in content creation.

The position is remote and is a W2 hourly consulting engagement for up to 20 weeks, with a capacity of 40 hours per week. The start is ASAP after the interview process and background check. SweetRush is remote-first; team members should have strong internet access, be comfortable with virtual communication and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours. Compensation is $55 per hour.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of instructional design experience.
• Skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
• Practical experience with AI agents and use cases to accelerate content development; Microsoft Copilot is preferred.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex or technical subjects into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences.
• A keen eye for layout, color, and brand alignment, using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, and multimedia tools.
• Strong practical instructional design skills and a portfolio demonstrating a range of engaging learning materials.
• Proficiency with modern authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, and Vyond, and experience with a variety of learning platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong collaboration skills for working in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Strong internet access, comfort with virtual communication and conferencing tools, and general availability during established working hours.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions.
• Create a variety of learning materials, including in-person session materials, facilitator guides, PowerPoint decks, digital modules, and videos.
• Use AI-enabled tools to improve the efficiency and quality of content creation while adhering to data privacy and governance requirements.
• Collaborate with peers and project managers in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Manage development projects, track progress, and meet deadlines.
• Evaluate the success and metrics of learning programs.
