Instructional Designer / eLearning Developer - Remote - W2 Hourly

We are seeking an Instructional Designer/eLearning Developer to design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions for a multinational confectionery manufacturing company. This is a high-impact role requiring a savvy professional who can leverage AI tools for content creation and pivot comfortably between rapid eLearning development and multi-modal learning solution design.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of instructional design experience.
- Expert-level skills in Articulate Rise and Storyline 360.
- Practical experience with AI agents and use cases to accelerate content development (Microsoft Copilot preferred).
- Exceptional ability to translate complex or technical subjects into clear, engaging content for non-technical audiences.
- A keen eye for layout, color, and brand alignment using tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva, and multimedia tools.
- Technically savvy, with access to a strong internet signal.
- Comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools.
- Generally available during established working hours.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working within an agile development framework.
- Project management experience.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy engaging learning solutions.
- Leverage AI tools for content creation.
- Pivot comfortably between rapid eLearning development and multi-modal learning solution design.
- Create a wide range of engaging learning materials (e.g., in-person session materials, facilitator guides, digital modules, videos).
- Create polished, user-friendly, and accessible content.
- Partner effectively with peers and project managers.
- Manage own development projects, track progress, and meet deadlines.
- Evaluate the success and metrics of learning programs.
