Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage learners with varying experience levels.
Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, subject matter experts, and team members across the organization.
Ability to learn and effectively utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) and other training technologies.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality training materials.
Strong organizational skills.
Critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Knowledge of Medical Terminology.
Familiarity with daily clinic operations.
Experience with eCW and navigating the system.
