Granger Medical is seeking a skilled Instructional Designer and Facilitator to join our team in Taylorsville, Utah. In this full-time role, you will design, implement, and facilitate engaging training programs that empower our health care professionals to deliver exceptional patient care. Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage learners with varying experience levels.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with leaders, subject matter experts, and team members across the organization.
  • Ability to learn and effectively utilize a Learning Management System (LMS) and other training technologies.
  • Ability to assess learning needs, research training solutions, and implement effective learning programs.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality training materials.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Critical thinking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • High School Diploma

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology
  • Familiarity with daily clinic operations
  • Experience with eCW and navigating the system
