The Office of Engagement & Belonging supports the CSUF mission of preparing a diverse student body for academic and professional success. We develop and support practices, programs, and initiatives that advance inclusive excellence, belonging, and engagement across the university. Through educational programming, consultation, and training, we foster a campus community where students, staff, and faculty are equipped to create an equitable and welcoming environment. The Engagement & Learning Designer will support the Office of Engagement & Belonging in reviewing the office's educational training resources. Working collaboratively with OEB staff and campus partners, the student assistant will conduct an inventory of existing learning modules and assist staff with training content to improve accessibility, engagement, and long-term sustainability. Priority projects include updating the Safe Space, Ally Training for Immigrant Support, and DIRC 101 learning modules, with opportunities to support revisions to LEAD workshop materials and other OEB educational initiatives as needed.
